By creating a MySide account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use MySide.
2. Your Account & Content
You are responsible for the content you publish and for keeping your login credentials secure. You grant MySide a license to display your content as part of providing the service. You must not impersonate others or post content you do not have the right to share.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use MySide to harass others, spread hate or harmful content, violate the law, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
4. Communities & Interaction
Community owners may set their own rules and moderate members and posts within their communities. Moderation actions, including removal or bans, are at the owner's discretion within these Terms.
5. Service Availability
MySide is provided "as is." We may change, suspend, or discontinue features at any time and are not liable for interruptions or data loss beyond what the law requires.
6. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MySide after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
